Willie Pretorius obtained B.Iuris and B.Proc degrees from the University of the Western Cape and was admitted as an Attorney and Conveyancer in 1994.
Worked as State Prosecutor in Gauteng and the Western Cape, honing his skills as a sharp interrogator and formidable legal mind.
His experience of criminal matters and other legal experience spans more than 25 years.
Mr Pretorius also serves on the South African Woman’s Judges Forum and is actively promoting Women’s empowerment in the legal sphere.
Mr Pretorius is also a founding member of the Black Conveyancer Association (BCA) in 2005 and was instrumental in highlighting the need for Black conveyancer forums to strengthen the presence of Black owned firms in the economic and Banking and Real estate sector.
He served as the Chairperson of the Western Cape BCA.
He assists LEAD the training arm of the Law Society in offering lectures field of conveyancing to train and educate the support staff of Law firms.
Member of Eikenbosch Estate Home Owners Association and serves as legal representative of the body.
Also served on the School Governing body of The Holy Cross Sisters School in Bellville.
Secretary of the BASKA KARATE CLUB Northpine.
Chairperson of of the BELLVILLE SOUTH HIGH SCHOOL ALUMNI since inception in 2010.
